Location, location, location the Ridge at Diamante Del Lago in Fountain Hills sure has that going for it an a lot more.  This gated single family home community was developed  in 2001-2002.  The Ridge at Diamante Del Lago has two separate entry points, one up off of La Montana where homes have superb views of Four Peaks and the flanking mountain range, Red Rock or Fountain Park. The other location is along Panorama Drive directly across from Fountain Park that also has some fabulous views.

Homes range in size from 1,620 sq. ft. to 2,158 sq. ft. just the right size for a second home owner, or retiree or those not wanting the upkeep of a larger home. The floor plans are two or three bedrooms with a den and plenty of windows to take in the views. The two bedroom floor plans have two master suites which is nice for the out of town guest.

The Ridge at Diamante Del Lago has one of the largest community pools and exercise facilities/clubhouse with a full kitchen in Fountain Hills for its residents. The HOA fee is low at $90 a month. Close proximity to Fountain Park for morning strolls, dog walks or attending some of the popular events that take place at the park throughout the year. Take a look. .
